This course was developed to help both first-time destination salespeople as well as the experienced professional with their ability to sell in today's business world. The course is really two courses in one. The first part of the course focuses on 18 sales trends that will dramatically impact the way you sell a destination now and, in the future. The second part provides you both basic and advanced Sales Skills which every destination sales person must own and master to be relevant and valued by their organization.

Discounted registration is available for individuals who work for an organization that is a member of the International Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus.
