The Master of Tourism Administration degree program targets students who are currently employed or who wish to obtain positions leading to new careers or advancement in the tourism, hospitality, event, and sport industries. The MTA is an internationally oriented degree that prepares students for management positions in tourism, hospitality, sport, event and meeting management careers. It offers four areas of studies - Event Meeting Management, Sport Management, Sustainable Destination Management and Hospitality Management. Individualized focus on ecotourism or heritage tourism is also availble. The program involves a combination of classroom and field-based learning experiences.
