Tourism and Hospitality Scholarship Opportunities

Below is a list of some general scholarship programs offered outside of GW.

Tourism Cares Academic Scholarships  - Tourism Cares awards academic scholarships on an annual basis to students pursuing degrees in travel and tourism.

UNWTO Scholarships and Education Programs  - Explore the opportunities available through the UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

NDTA Academic Scholarships  - The National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) offers two scholarship/tuition assistance programs that are available to members and their financial dependents.

HSMAI Scholarships  - Explore the scholarships and other student programs offered by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI).

TIA Foundation Scholarships  - The Travel Industry Association (TIA) Foundation awards eight graduate and eight undergraduate scholarships each year.

AH&LEF Academic Scholarships  - The American Hotel & Lodging Foundation offers a series of academic scholarships. Applications are usually in the Spring.

NEHW Scholarships  - The Hospitality Industry Network (NEWH) provides a series of scholarships. Information and deadlines are available on this website.
